Added lots of features:

• Add in error handling.
• Background color of list changes to indicate program state (empty, loading, loaded, error).
• Add code to count load attempts and successful loads.
• Re-add lost code to do time-driven updates, and to set the tooltip of the update button to reflect the time to the next update.
• Set hand cursor for two links in the About box.
• Add launch code for the mailto link in the About box.
• Switch to multi-columned list. Do some trickery to keep the Title column exactly wide enough to prevent any horizontal scrolling.
• Add in picture, change title to "Carmen's SlashDot Viewer", fixup web link.
• Create the home page.
