Added lots of features:

• Made the "<" and ">" buttons wider so they are easier to click on.
• Added the Settings dialog. All settings are saved in the registry. 
• Added timer-driven flipping between Headline Providers. The timer is enabled and controlled in the Settings dialog.
• Saved the size and position of the main dialog between sessions. Also saved the name of the displayed Headline Provider.
• The program now actually exits when the window is closed.
• An hourglass cursor is displayed while the program is busy loading headlines.
• The "<" and ">" keys on the keyboard now act like the "<" and ">" buttons. So do the "," and the "." keys. This is not right for non-US keyboards. The first international user to complain will get this fixed!
• The Settings now include a Provider Manager. It is basically self-explanatory. Press Add to create a new Headline Provider, and enter in the details. There is not a lot of error checking just yet. Press Delete to delete the selected Provider. Press Add Default Providers to add the base set of Providers back in to the list (existing entries will not be changed). Note that you cannot currently control the background color. Unless you really know what you are doing just stick with the "RSS 0.9" setting for the Type field.
• Added Internet Alchemy and Camworld as providers.
